If you’ve read any of my recent blog posts, or even just popped by the home page within the last week or so, you know that I am in the Valentine’s Day headspace. It’s my VERY favorite holiday, and it feels like such a fun, bright spot in the otherwise pretty dreary winter months.

I’ve loved Valentine’s Day for as long as I can remember. It was always a big deal in our house– the Valentine Man would visit our house each year and leave us gifts, and now that I’m mom myself, I’m starting that same tradition for Thomas.

Tommy and I don’t typically exchange huge gifts for Valentine’s Day but I can’t help but buy him something and he’s the same way. Even if our gifts are small, we always make an effort to celebrate such a happy holiday. BTW– Tommy made our first Valentine’s Day together VERY memorable – you can read about that here.
