I’ve been seeing OneSkin a lot over the past couple of years. Everywhere, really. And for a long time, I wasn’t interested. I feel like every other brand claims to be science-backed, and I have high enough standards for skincare that I don’t try things just because they’re trending.
But the people I actually trust kept using it. So I figured I’d give it a shot. I’ve now tried everything they make, and several of their products have made it into my daily routine. Here’s my full breakdown.
OneSkin is a longevity-focused skincare brand built around one core idea: that skin aging happens at the cellular level, and that most skincare products don’t actually address it there. They’re founded by a team of scientists, not marketers, which shows in how they talk about their products. They’re less focused on a temporary “glow up” and more intentional about “here’s the published research.”
Their whole line is built around the OS-01 peptide, which is their proprietary ingredient. It’s the same peptide across every product, just formulated for the specific skin needs of each area (face, eye, body, lips, scalp).

The short story: your skin accumulates senescent cells over time. These are cells that have stopped dividing but also refuse to die. They sit there, cause inflammation, break down collagen, and speed up skin aging. They’re sometimes called “zombie cells,” which is both a little dramatic and also pretty accurate.
The OS-01 peptide was specifically developed to target those senescent cells. It’s the only peptide clinically validated to reduce senescence in human skin, according to OneSkin’s research. The idea is that by clearing those cells out, you’re actually reducing your skin’s biological age, not just masking the surface signs of aging.
I feel like most skincare works on top of the skin. This works differently. It’s less about moisturizing the surface and more about changing what’s happening underneath it.
If you’re just here for the short version, here’s what I think are worth your money the most: the OS-01 Body Moisturizer, the OS-01 Eye Topical Supplement, and the OS-01 Lip Mask. Those three are the most noticeable in terms of results. The OS-01 Face SPF is also a standout product and one of my favorite non-toxic face sunscreens. Everything else ranges from solid to just fine.
The OS-01 FACE is a daily moisturizer that layers the OS-01 peptide with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and ceramides. So you’re getting actual skin-barrier support in addition to the peptide work.
I use it more as a serum-level treatment under my other moisturizer than as a standalone face cream. As a standalone, it’s a little light for my very dry skin, especially in winter. But if you have normal or combination skin, this would probably be plenty on its own. My skin’s texture has without a doubt improved since using it, and I think a lot of that is the niacinamide doing its thing along with the peptide.
It absorbs quickly and layers well. No pilling, no heaviness. Solid under SPF. (If you want to know how to build it into a full routine, I have a post on how to layer skincare products that walks through the order.)

I LOVE the OneSkin eye cream. I feel like it immediately improves fine lines and darkness around my eyes, and then even more over time with consistent use. It’s become a non-negotiable in my routine, morning and night.
I layer it over the Oliveda Corrective Eye Elixir at night, and I use it alone in the morning. Both ways work well. The texture is smooth and absorbs fast enough that it doesn’t crease under anything I put on top of it.
For the price, it’s the eye cream I’d tell someone to start with if they’re new to OneSkin. The results are visible enough that you don’t have to wonder if it’s working.

I’ve been using the OS-01 BODY for over a year, and I swear it’s made a real difference in my skin’s texture and elasticity. Not in the overnight miracle way. Just in the way where you notice, a few months in, that your skin looks better than it did before.
Most body lotions are just hydration. They feel good, but they’re not actually doing anything beyond the surface level. The OneSkin body lotion works differently because the peptide penetrates and addresses senescent cells in the skin on your body, not just on your face. This is how it earned its spot as the best body lotion for anti-aging in my non-toxic body lotions post.
I use it daily after showering. It absorbs quickly, isn’t sticky, and doesn’t leave residue on my clothes. And my skin looks noticeably smoother and firmer than it did before I started using it.

OneSkin’s Face SPF is by far the best clean sunscreen I’ve ever used. Full stop.
Most clean mineral sunscreens either leave a white cast that takes forever to absorb, dry my skin out under makeup, or both. This one does neither. It’s hydrating and it absorbs pretty quickly, plus it works beautifully under everything I put on top of it. It still has the OS-01 peptide in it, so you’re doing anti-aging work even in your SPF step.
I use this as the last step in my morning routine, right before makeup. I’ve tried a lot of clean sunscreens (and reviewed several of them in my best non-toxic sunscreens post), and this is the one I’ve stayed with longest. If you wear makeup, this actually makes your base look better if you go for the tinted SPF (but you can also get untinted). I don’t know how else to explain it.

The OS-01 LIP SPF is a daily lip sunscreen with SPF 15 and the OS-01 peptide. It has a lightweight, almost balmy texture and goes on clear.
If you’re someone who wears lip SPF every day, this is a clean upgrade from most options. It doesn’t have the waxy or heavy feel that a lot of lip SPFs have, and it absorbs enough that I can put lip color over it without any issues.
I don’t find myself reaching for it as often as the Lip Mask I use at night, but it’s a solid product. For anyone who spends a lot of time outside or just wants their lip care to also be doing sun protection, it makes sense. The downside is that it does leave a little bit of a white cast. If I were you, I’d skip this and go for the tinted lip SPF reviewed below.
Price: $38

I’ve tried lip SPFs before and always quit because they tasted nasty, had a strange finish or a weird color. The OS-01 Tinted Lip SPF has the same formula as the untinted lip SPF, but with a slight tint that gives your lips a glossy finish and natural flush of color.
I like this one for school pickup days or running errands. It’s the lip product I have a few of so I can leave it in my purse, car, kitchen, and other random spots (you moms know). The tint is universally flattering because it’s more of a sheer gloss than an actual pigment.
If you’re choosing between the clear and the tinted, I’d go tinted. You get the same formula with a little extra.

This is the product I cannot shut up about. And I’ve tried to be restrained about it, I swear.
If I had to choose just one lip treatment for the rest of my life, the OneSkin Lip Mask would be it. I’ve never had filler, but this makes me look like I have the best injector in the world. My lips are noticeably plumped and smoother. The fine lines are genuinely improved, instead of most lip masks that just coat your lips and only feel good in the moment.
It comes with a little metal spatula, which I oddly love using, and it helps make sure you’re using the right amount, which matters because this stuff is gold.
It’s pricey for a lip product. I get it. But I’d rather use less of this and apply it thoughtfully than go through a cheap lip balm every week with no results to show for it. I compared it to every other clean lip mask I’ve tried in my best lip masks post, and it still came out on top.
Price: $42

I was honestly most surprised by this scalp serum when I tried it about a year ago. I didn’t expect much. Hair products are a different world from skincare, and I didn’t know how the OS-01 peptide would translate.
But I love it. I noticed a real improvement in the overall look and feel of my hair from the roots down. It’s easy to apply (the dropper applicator makes it clean to use), and it doesn’t leave any residue or greasiness.
I use it a few times a week before I wash my hair. It doesn’t take much, and it absorbs quickly enough that I can style my hair without waiting forever.
If hair health is something you’re focused on, or you’re postpartum and want to reduce shedding, this is worth adding. I also have a full post on how to make your hair grow faster that goes deeper into the scalp health angle.
Price: $88

The PREP facial cleanser is fine. I’m not super picky about cleansers in general, and this one does the job without leaving my skin feeling stripped. I use it in the morning, usually after a workout, since I always use my cleansing balm at night to take off makeup.
It’s not the most exciting product in the OneSkin lineup, but it’s a solid, no-fuss option that works well as part of a full morning routine.
Price: $38

It depends on what you’re buying. If you’re just looking for a basic moisturizer, there are cheaper options. But if you’re investing in skincare that’s doing something more than surface hydration, OneSkin is absolutely worth it.
The OS-01 peptide is the only ingredient I’m aware of that’s clinically validated to actually reduce skin’s biological age. That’s not marketing language. It’s backed by peer-reviewed research. And the products I’ve been using consistently for the longest time, the EYE, the BODY, the LIP Mask, and the FACE SPF, have all produced results I can actually see.
For what it’s worth, OneSkin is the brand I’ve continued to purchase and not just use when gifted. That tells you something.
