1. Social Media Coordinator & Content Editor (~30 hours/week) 2. Analytics & Admin VA (~10-15 hours/week)
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING:
Remote applicants are fine, but the Coordinator role must commit to following an East Coast daytime work schedule. The VA position has more flexibility.
TeriLyn has a finance background and worked at Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo for 15 years. She runs her business like a business, both with expectations and data-driven decisions. This is a fun role, yes, but it is not fluff. Please do not apply if you’re not comfortable with a performance-oriented work environment.
JOB OPENING #1 – Social Media Coordinator & Content Editor (Part-Time)
I’m looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator & Content Editor to run the day-to-day content and posting for the TeriLyn Adams brand. This role is for someone with strong fashion taste and real editing skills who enjoys both creating content and keeping the daily posting engine running.
Position Overview
Part-time, fully remote contract role (1099), roughly 25–30 hours per week. Hours are flexible, but regular, defined working hours are required and you’ll propose a consistent weekly schedule. Some evening and weekend hours may be required during key sales or if campaigns have tight timelines. Pay is $25–40/hour, depending on experience. A retainer pay structure may be available after a 90-day trial.
You’ll work closely with our visual lead (creative direction on reels and graphics), our copywriting team, our brand manager (partnerships), and directly with TeriLyn. This role pairs with a part-time Analytics & Admin VA who handles reporting and tracking, so you can stay focused on content.
Core Responsibilities
Daily Content & Posting
Post in-feed on Instagram daily 1-3x daily (mix of reels and carousels)
Build the Gro List automations that match each day’s posts, and set up the related IG Collection links.
Finalize and publish daily outfits to the “Today’s Outfits” ShopMy collection.
Post brand- and product-specific sales in the IG Channel and LTK chat.
Monitor ShopMy chat — respond to messages and flag anything for TeriLyn.
Run test-and-learn experiments on Instagram to grow affiliate revenue (e.g., direct product links vs. GRO automations, or comment-to-DM link delivery vs. links in Stories), and use the results to refine what we do more of.
Support Amazon growth by maintaining idea lists, uploading shoppable photos, and curating shopping lists tied to current content.
Visual Assets Editing
Edit Reels with creative direction from our visual lead.
Help Visual Lead with IG carousel creations based on her direction.
Edit Reels to be repurposed in blog posts.
Update Instagram Highlights weekly — add new and audit old.
Create the graphics as needed (e.g. top sellers, brand round-Ups, outfits to support blog posts).
Edit long-form YouTube videos as needed (~10 minutes long, 2-3 a month).

Recommend FAQs from DMs be reshared to Stories and include an asset + link for TeriLyn to post.

Work with the brand manager to execute cross-channel paid partnerships and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Edit and organize sponsored content for review.
Update the “Today’s Outfits” section on the blog every week.
Required Experience & Skills
Strong fashion taste and aesthetic judgment, with the ability to quickly understand and execute the brand’s style across outfits, styling, and visual content.
Strong Reels/video editing skills and experience editing and posting Instagram content for a brand.
Strong experience with Canva.

Experience with affiliate linking (ShopMy, LTK, Amazon).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Ability to manage a high volume of work and not let any details get lost.
Clear, professional communicator who can accept creative feedback.
Someone who wants to “learn the ropes.” This is not an entry-level or internship role; I need someone who already knows how to edit, post, and run affiliate content for a brand.
Someone with no hands-on experience running social or affiliate for a creator or brand.
Someone working another full-time job. This role needs consistent, daily attention during set hours — not work squeezed in around a 9-to-5.
Someone who needs constant direction or hand-holding to get things done.

Everything we do is rooted in trust, transparency, and quality — both in the content we share and the way we work together.
