Part-time Social Media Specialist

I’m looking for a highly organized Social Media Specialist to help execute social media strategies. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy both content creation and behind-the-scenes work, this could be a great fit.

Position Overview

This is a part-time role, up to 20 hours a week. Hours are flexible, but regular, defined working hours are required. $25-35/hour, depending on experience .

Core Responsibilities

Social Media & Affiliate Support

• Execute on Instagram and Facebook strategies, including creating and posting content 
• Support posting across TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube 
• Responsible for Community Management  (DMs, engagement, etc.)
• Daily posting on LTK, ShopMy and Amazon 

Analytics, Organization & Systems

• Review performance analytics across platforms and make recommendations 
• Identify high-performing content and resurface it intentionally, recommend related and additional content 
• Maintain organized systems for photos, video footage and edited assets

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong fashion taste and aesthetic judgment, with the ability to quickly understand and execute the brand’s style preferences across outfits, styling, and visual content.
• Experience editing and posting Instagram content for a brand
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Clear, professional communicator 

Preferred experience 

• Experience working behind the scenes for an influencer or creator, particularly on Instagram and LTK
• Experience executing multi-channel social campaigns (Instagram, Amazon, TikTok, YouTube)
• Strong understanding of affiliate linking and analytics
• Experience editing long-form video (YouTube)
• Familiarity with Asana and Airtable
