The warm weather always gets me so excited to shop for new clothes and new beauty picks. All of my favorite places to shop have such good spring arrivals, and I want EVERYTHING! But since that’s not possible, I thought I’d do a roundup of my current spring wardrobe wishlist.

Maybe some of the items I’m loving will inspire your wardrobe or makeup routine this season. Or maybe you’ll be able to snag one of these items and tell me how you like it!

Most of the clothing items I’m loving are dresses and shoes. I have a sneaker obsession, and I’m also always looking at sandals since I wear them so often. My favorite places to browse for clothes these days are Tuckernuck, J.Crew and Abercrombie. Those three sites carry a wide variety of styles and have a huge price range but I find such good things at all three!

When I’m shopping locally, I love Rebecca & Co. in Winston-Salem. They’re amazing at pulling items specifically for me and they usually get me try something I normally wouldn’t….and of course, I end up loving it. But since most of their items are on the pricier end, I appreciate having more budget friendly options in my closet as well. I have no problem mixing designer denim with an Amazon tote or Lululemon leggings with a Walmart sweater so that’s why you’ll see such a variety of price points when I share my outfits.

Okay, let’s jump in to the post with a few specific items I’m loving. I’ll share photos if I own the item, and if not, a photo from the brand will populate below. My entire wishlist (which is always growing) is linked at the bottom as well.

Easy Blouses

Button-Front Ruffleneck Popover

The first thing I want to share is this green floral blouse from J.Crew. I’m SO glad I ordered it when I did! It had been a while since my last J.Crew order, and I forgot how good their selection is. This popover blouse is lightweight and airy, but feels totally practical for cooler spring days. I know I’ll also wear this top with denim shorts as it gets warmer. I love that it can be thrown over any regular bra, and tucked right into your pants for a laid back, feminine look. It can be washed and dried, so it’s not a fussy fabric which I appreciate with a toddler running around.

J.Crew frequently has sales, and when I’m writing this post, my top is already on sale. I’m wearing an XS.

Ruffle Strap Linen-Blend Babydoll Top

This Abercrombie white top is calling my NAME. It’s made with a soft linen fabric, and I think it would be perfect paired with jeans and denim shorts this spring and summer. I’m always on the hunt for a handful of easy tops to wear with jeans that aren’t just simple tees, and I cannot wait to try this one! It comes in black and a striped pattern too, but I know I’ll get the most use out of the white, worn with my daily jewelry. It’s very similar to a much pricier one I purchased last year. See it on me here.

Blue Striped Presley Tee

Hello Tuckernuck, you’ve done it again! This striped top is classic and classy. It’s a great everyday tee that’s a touch more fun than a solid color. And the vertical stripes on the sleeves make it a bit more special than an all-horizontal striped top. But the dilemma I’m having is, do I want this one more??

Blue Stripe Rae Blouse

This blouse is much more elevated than the tees above, but still super easy to dress down with denim shorts and sneakers. That’s a winner for me.

Carolina Blue Jett Shirt

This button down blouse has a pretty and relaxed fit, while being something you could easily tuck in and dress up for a dinner out. The light color is perfect for spring and summer but the blue-gray colorway (vs. a true baby blue) makes it easy to transition into fall and winter.

Short-Sleeve Cotton Sheer Peasant Top

This $50 peasant top from Abercrombie is another top I’ve been eyeing for a while. The lightweight style is perfect for the warmer months, and I have a much easier time buying a top like this for $50 than I do for $100, so I’m excited about this find! This will be cute with shorts or jeans and can easily be dressed up or down.

Spring Shoes

Tory Burch Seaside Oxford Espadrille

As you can see in the photo above, I also got these Tory Burch Espadrilles Sneakers recently (which were on my wishlist for a while!) and WOW do I love them. I’ve always been a sneakers gal, and these are such a great spring and summer option for jeans, dresses, or even shorts. They’re shockingly comfortable, too (which is not always true of espadrilles). While I know they’ll end up getting dirty this season, I know I’ll wear them enough times to make them worth the splurge. I highly recommend a pair of sneakers like this for spring, since they’re SO incredibly versatile.

If you love the look of the Tory Burch pair, but want a less expensive option, this pair by Tretorn is a great alternative.

My Spring Wardrobe Wishlist

Suzannah Platform Block Heel

I’ve ordered two other pairs of platform heels this spring, and neither were great fits for me. But then I saw this Sam Edelman pair, and placed an order almost immediately. I’m SO excited about this pair of sandals. The first pair I bought was a wooden platform and super hard (and wildly tall), the second was an off white yellow that I didn’t like (but they did have a padded footbed), and this pair is a mix of both. AND the price is much, much better than the first pair I ordered.

Dolce Vita Indy Sandals

I actually had these on my wishlist last spring, but never ordered them! I’ve gone ahead and purchased this pair, and I cannot wait for them to arrive. A simple flat sandal is a great investment for the spring and summer, and this one comes in a million colors. I got the Caramel Stella colorway.

Spring Dresses

Chambray Callahan Shirt Dress

Nothing screams warm weather like sun dresses, am I right? This linen-y shirt dress by Tuckernuck is super thin (bewere), but great with a little skirt slip. And since it’s thin, you will NOT get too warm in this option, ha!

Petal & Pup Palmy Dress

I discovered this pink and white maxi dress while I was hunting for Easter dresses for this post, and I can’t get it out of my head. You’d think that maxi dresses would be more work as a mom, but I actually find that they’re incredibly easy to wear while chasing a toddler since I’m not concerned about bending over!

Traveler Mini Dress

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you know I’ve recently become much more of an athleisure gal than I used to be. This workout dress would be a perfect option for the days that I don’t want to wear “real” clothes, but I still want to feel pulled together and cute.

Poplin Puff Sleeve Babydoll Mini Dress

This mini dress has a neckline that’s a little deeper than I would wear in normal life, but if it’s PERFECT if you have a fun trip coming up. The blue is such a pretty shade, and I love the puff sleeves too!

Spring and Summer Bags

Belize Mini Bucket Bag Straw

Someone needs to talk me off this ledge…and fast. Wouldn’t this crossbody just be perfect for ALL my warm weather outfits???

Hat Attack Straw Belt Bag

Now this straw belt bag is even more practical!

Green Woven Tote

I found this woven tote on Amazon as great look for less for the St. Barths tote! I love how easy it is to wipe down (essential for carrying toddler things), and the size is such a good everyday tote size, since it doesn’t overwhelm my frame but holds everything I need. I’d love to get the real bag to see how it compares, but the Amazon bag is truly GREAT!
