I buy beauty products on Amazon for two reasons: something I use is on sale, or I need it fast (like dry shampoo). Amazon runs Prime Day deals a few times a year (usually July and again in October, along with Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals), and that’s a great time to stock up on beauty.
These are the Prime Day beauty deals I watch for every time, and every one is something I own and have bought (or would buy) again.

Every product below is something I’ve bought and used myself. These are my favorites that usually go on sale during Prime Day and Amazon’s other big sales. Deals start and stop without notice, so if you see a deal on something you want, make sure to check out quickly!

Prime Day Skincare Deals
Skincare is where I stock up when it’s on sale, since I’m going to repurchase these anyway. Most of them are part of my skincare routine at 40.
OneSkin OS-01 Face
I’ve tried every OneSkin product (here’s my full OneSkin review), and the face moisturizer is what got me hooked on the brand. It’s built around their OS-01 peptide, which targets skin aging at the cellular level.
OneSkin OS-01 Eye Cream
This is the eye cream I’ve used for 2+ years, despite testing dozens of other brands. It’s made with OneSkin’s peptide, which is designed to target senescent cells (the ones linked to skin aging), and the skin around my eyes looks smoother and firmer.
OneSkin OS-01 Peptide Lip Mask
An overnight lip treatment that’s fragrance-free and not sticky. It’s shocking how much plumper and smoother my lips look when I use it. I apply it right before bed, but if my lips are dry and cracking, I’ll often wear it in the morning too. A little goes a long way, so it lasts forever.
Colleen Rothschild Illuminating Tinted Eye Cream
I’ve had this in my skincare routine for probably 7 years, and it’s a must on busy mornings when I’m running to school drop-off. It brightens dark circles and moisturizes like an eye cream. I can’t tell you how many friends I’ve gotten hooked on it! (I compared multiple brands in my post on the best tinted eye creams, and this one won.)

medicube Wrapping Mask
You’ve probably seen this overnight collagen mask all over social. It goes on as a gel, you sleep in it, and it peels off in the morning. It’s also the least expensive skincare pick here. I was super skeptical, but I took it to Utah last winter when visiting family and was shocked by how good my skin felt the whole trip (the desert air usually makes my skin a dry struggle).

Haircare is what I buy on Amazon most, mostly because I always seem to run out of dry shampoo at the worst time. My full hair care routine covers how I use all of these together.
Olaplex No.4 Shampoo and No.5 Conditioner
I’d seen people rave about Olaplex for years but never tried it until the brand gifted me a few products. Now I’m a convert. The bond-building shampoo has smoothed my rough ends, and since I use heat tools every single day, I appreciate that it repairs damage. The conditioner is fine, but my all-time favorite is the Colleen Rothschild mask below. Thankfully, Olaplex is on Amazon, because I never remember to restock it. The Wash & Shine kit bundles both with a mini No.7 oil, so compare the kit price to buying them separately.

Olaplex No.6 Bond Smoother
A leave-in cream for damp hair that cuts frizz before blow-drying. Don’t use too much, and your hair will be shiny but not heavy.
Olaplex No.7 Bonding Oil
A few drops on my ends add shine, and it protects up to 450°F. I’m a bit of a hair oil addict, and this one has stayed in my bathroom.
Olaplex Shape Set Hairspray
THIS IS THE GREATEST HAIRSPRAY OF ALL TIME. Yes, caps necessary. I hadn’t used hairspray in 10+ years because I couldn’t find one that made my hair look and feel good (no crunch), with a smell I wasn’t sensitive to. This is the ONE.

Colleen Rothschild Quench & Shine Restorative Mask
My weekly mask for dry ends, and the winner in my roundup of the best hair masks. It’s especially worth having in winter, when my hair gets drier.
goop Scalp Scrub Shampoo
An exfoliating shampoo that clears out buildup. If you use a lot of dry shampoo and styling products (hi, me), a scalp reset once a week helps.
Crown Affair The Dry Shampoo
I never really liked dry shampoo until I found this one. It doesn’t feel like there’s anything in my hair, but it gives great volume and makes my hair feel cleaner. (It was the best dry shampoo of all the ones I tried.)
Chris McMillan The Dry Texture Spray
When I want a little texture for lived-in hair (usually on days when I do loose curls), this is the one I use. It’s designed for fine hair that falls flat and also works as a bit of dry shampoo. (More tips in how I add volume to fine hair.)

Hair Tools & Travel Bags
Hair tools are where Prime Day savings add up, since a discount on a $350+ tool means major savings. I’ve reviewed T3’s dryer and curling iron on the blog before, and every one of these is in my bathroom right now.
T3 Aire 360 Multi-Styler
T3’s newest multi-styler, and if you only buy one tool, I’d make it this one. It dries, smooths and curls with auto-curl attachments, and it’s dual voltage for travel. I know the Dyson is popular. The T3 is superior in my opinion. I think it’s lighter weight, easier to use and I really hate the plug and battery on the Dyson. I have both and I prefer the T3 hands down.
T3 AireBrush One Step
If you can’t spring for the full multi-styler set (I get it, it’s pricey), I’d get the AireBrush tool. It’s just the dryer brush that dries and smooths in one pass. I usually dry my hair 80-90 percent before I use the brush, and then use the AireBrush and it’s like a blowout at home…almost.
T3 AireLuxe Hair Dryer
I love this hair dryer and recommend it to everyone that asks. It dries my hair faster than any other hair dryer I’ve tried and it cuts down on the tangles and frizz. I compared T3 to Dyson in my T3 hair dryer review if you’re deciding between the two. (See note above for the obvious winner.)
T3 SinglePass Curl X
I’ve been using this curling iron for almost a decade. It was an investment compared to the cheaper one I’d bought before, but I’ve never had to replace it, and I curl my hair nearly every day. Travel Toiletry Bags
I don’t pack light when it comes to beauty products, so I use the BAGSMART hanging bag for all my makeup and the EACHY bag for all my hair and body care. If you’re more of a minimalist, just pick the style you prefer. They’re both great!

I’m a mascara SNOB and have tried everything from $2 mascara to $88 mascara. This is, hands down, the best tubing mascara ever. (It’s also the best mascara, period, tubing or not.) Tubing mascara never smudges, slides off easily with water, and gives incredible volume and length without clumping. This one is worth it, I promise!!! For photos, I layer the primer underneath, but most days the mascara is all I need.

Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm
I could drink coffee all day every day, but my nervous system is opposed to that idea. The Iced Coffee scent helps scratch the itch, and it gives a pretty color.

DIME Stay Awhile Perfume
I never loved perfume until I found this one. It smells heavenly, isn’t heavy or overly floral, and I look forward to putting it on every day. It’s a warm scent with toasted pistachio, cashmere musk and vanilla. I have a full review of DIME perfumes if you want to explore other options.
Coco & Eve Sunny Honey Self Tanner
I’ve tried nearly every brand out there, and this is the best self-tanner on the market. No funky smell, no streaking. I buy the medium shade in the winter and the dark in the summer.
OneSkin OS-01 Body
It’s a splurge for body lotion, so Prime Day is the time to buy it. I love that it’s unscented, helps prevent signs of aging on my whole body (my arms especially are starting to show loose skin), and doesn’t feel greasy!
Billie Whipped Shave Cream
The only shaving cream I don’t hate. My skin gets sensitive when I shave, and this makes things much better. Tommy and I both use it!
Oral Care: Oral-B iO, Boka and Lumineux
My oral care lineup. Boka is a fluoride-free, nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste. I feel so strongly about it I reviewed the top toothpastes and this one is, well, at the top of the list. If you want white teeth but tend to be sensitive to whitening products, Lumineux whitening strips are peroxide-free, which is what makes them not feel sensitive. I’ve been using them for years and they work really well.

Oura Ring 4
I didn’t think I’d like this as much as I do. It helps me stay active throughout the day when the boys are at school and I’m grinding out work, and it tracks my sleep (although that’s kind of depressing lately). It can also track your cycle and pregnancy.

It depends on the brand. Some beauty products drop 20-30% or more, while others barely move or aren’t discounted at all. It’s best to know the regular price so you can tell whether it’s a good deal.
